   Hi all,

   Say, for examle, i have folowing Tag:

   Small (first letter capitalized)
   small ( first letter non-capitalized)

   Question: Do they both appear in the "Tag Cloud"? Or only One? if only one, which one?

   They can both turn up in the tag cloud. In essence they are two different tags.

   You could try something like custom taxonomy, for example if you want to use tags with the same name, but a different definition.
