    Okay ...

I know how to take a Page in WP and make it the "Home" page that is displayed when a visitor comes to my site.

But, aside from using the Recent Posts widget to display posts in a sidebar, is there a way to have my Posts "page" have its own menu tab? So that a visitor could just click that tab and go to all my posts, just as if I weren't using a Home Page?

    Thanks!

Create an empty page titled "Posts" or "Blog" or whatever - save it
    then go to
    admin - settings - reading
choose this page for your blog posts
this will then also create a menu tab for your posts

    Go back to http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page
and re-read what it says about setting up a Posts page.
