   I'd like to retitle Pages to something else.

   I would also like to know how to have another Pages section?

   So say I could have pages under 3 or 4 different subjects.

   I know that you can have child pages, but that is not what I mean. Hopefully, I'm coming across.

   All of this can be done with the following Template tag: http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_pages

   You'll need to change the title (title_li) and exclude things (exclude) from some sections and not exclude them from others.
