   I am rather new to "blogging" though have done a few simple sites in the past. My question is I do understand licenses and the terms that are set forth in them. However if I were to download a theme or template am I able to modify the colors, backgrounds, images if any, etc., or am I bound to whatever came with that theme? I know that in web design if you modify a site's design by I believe 75% or more you are able to use it without any penalty, but I don't know or understand when it comes to blogs.
