Looking for a form that will allow a form to be placed on a post and when submitted, the result will display below the form in the same post with sortable heading.

The Display Entries add-on for the Pro version allows you to do this, but it includes all entries for a particular form.
When you say all entries, does that mean if the form has city, it can't be excluded in the output? Can the display entries add-on be placed anywhere including right below the form (same post) for real time update? Would you have a demo that shows this?

If you follow the link and watch the video, you'll see what it does.
Ok, from the video, it seems to be able to post the results in a new post/page and option to exclude fields. I can only assume it does not allow for real time same page output since it doesn't mention it.
