No need to do this through a cronjob just sety the time you want your post to be seen using the Edit Time in the Write Post page

“Where does the info ping to?” It’s a regular post, and it will ping to whatever update services you’ve setup.

People come to support forums to ask questions. When you put a title on your post, make sure that it contains some relevant detail so that people who may have knowledge/experience in that area can quickly see that they can assist you. “Question to ask” is meaninless to everyone, and doesn’t help future forum visitors who take the time to search through the forums looking for previous posts on similar topics. It only takes a moment to come up with a reasonable title, and it helps everyone.
