query.php strange errors

This error is showing up when I:

– Click a post title on the main page, trying to load the individual archive page.
– Click on page links in header (using Cutline).
– Click the “home” link in the header: http://onlinedatingpost.com/
In the right sidebar when I’m trying to write and entry.

Strangeness is that if I reload pages, or add trailing slash to url, the pages will load fine.

The error I see is:
