qtranslate tinymce excerpt conflict

Hello,
i’ve already have qtranslate plugin to handle my translations. and i also need to have the tinymce excerpt, but the two plugins are in conflict. i tried getting help from their authors but still don’t have an answer.
Can someone help me to resolve this, please. I’ve been looking into this for days now.
