   I have an adult website.
   So, I want everyone that visits my site to see my site blurred, with my logo (or a video/text) in the centre accompanied with a disclaimer and terms of use.
   With the usual "I AGREE/ENTER" or "I DON'T AGREE/EXIT".

   Why not just create a static front page using a custom page template?
