Its impossible to put a single code in every file, is there any way to put it in every file with just some clicks?

Yes. Run an old version of a Tim Thumb plugin and you’ll be running with inserted code on all of your PHP files.

Sorry, I was just kidding. 😉 Do you mean to add something to each generated page or to each post?

If it’s to the bottom of each page (generated HTML page, not WordPress page) then look at the Header and Footer plugin.

You can use that plugin to insert code into the header or footer of each page. That code can be javascript, Google Analytic tracking, etc.

If you mean code to each post, there are many plugins for that too. But if you provide more specifics as to what the code is then that would narrow down the scope.
