Where do I find the purge policy selections? I am on a shared server but recently enabled page caching and now my blog posts don't update. I log in to see my scheduled posts are published, log out, refresh and then they finally show. I don't see the purge policy section like mentioned in this article http://tentblogger.com/w3-total-cache/. Not an expert by any means so any help is appreciated.

It's located on the "Page Cache" page, I believe that by default the front page, post page, and blog feed are checked to be purged when when posts are created, edited, or comments posted.

After the recent upgrade though even with these checked the purge policy doesn't seem to be working.
