   Hi all,

   This is my first post on here and I'm coming to you guys after trying everything else.

   I purchased a theme from WESMASHED.IT via Mojo Themes, called Rustik. It's an eCommerce site that uses the WooCommerce plugin. It looks EXACTLY how I wanted our site to look and I was really happy that I'd found it. I'm currently building the site locally, before putting it online.

   Now, I've been in touch with both WESMASHED.IT and Mojo Themes, but nothing back yet - the "support" from WESMASHED.IT has been atrocious. As it stands, the problems below are stopping the launch of our business, so you can probably imagine how frustrated we are.

   Upon install, I immediately found a bunch of problems in there. Firstly, any changes made to pretty much anything after activating the theme aren't saved whilst it is activated. I usually just get a small circle spinning next to a "Save" button that goes on for, literally, hours. Exceptions are Pages and Posts, but changes won't save within the Rustik tab - which governs Theme Options, SEO and Sidebar Manager - and WooCommerce is struggling with configuring terms for Attributes. It just won't do it.

   Furthermore, when going to Appearence > Menu, the following message comes up:

   "The website encountered an error while retrieving http://localhost:8888/wp-admin/nav-menus.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

   Here are some suggestions:
   Reload this webpage later.

   HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request."

   In the meantime, I've gotten reasonably far by activating Twenty Eleven and inputting everything whilst that is activated. So far, this has been ok, but I'm at a point where I need to start using the theme I purchased. Unfortunately, WESMASHED.IT have left me hanging for nearly 5 days now and I'm throughly stumped.

   There are a lot more issues elsewhere, but the way things are working out, I just hope that one little fix might be able to sort it all out?

   This is my first WordPress site ever, so I'm not totally clued up on everything.

   Any help you guys could offer would be thoroughly appreciated.

   As this is a commercial Theme, you will need to consult the support offerings of the developer, Mojo Themes.

   Now, I've been in touch with both WESMASHED.IT and Mojo Themes, but nothing back yet - the "support" from WESMASHED.IT has been atrocious.

   That is unfortunate, indeed. Equally unfortunate: as this is a commercial Theme, we really can't help.

   I have no idea who wesmashed.it is; I've never heard of them. Your best bet is probably to purchase the Theme directly from Mojo Themes, so that you'll have access to the support they provide.

   Hi Chip,

   Thanks for your response. I've sent an email to Mojo Themes - where I purchased it - this morning, but I think time differences are a bit large (UK>Mountain Time) so I'm still waiting back from them.

   I'm sorry, I didn't realise that you guys couldn't help with commercial themes, but that makes sense. I guess you might be liable if you gave the wrong advice, right?

   Just as an added hypothetical how would you respond to a theme's own tab in the WordPress dashboard not functioning properly..? Hypothetically, of course.

   I just bought this theme as well, I'm having an issue with the search bar being cut off about half way through. Fortunately that's my only issue so far. Wesmashedit is the seller on MOJO as well, so as far as I know all support for the product goes through him. My first email was responded to pretty fast, still waiting on the search bar issue.

   Also, I had to add a blank line to the woocommerce core functions file to get everything to work properly. Literally just click an open spot, hit enter and save. That fixed a ton of issues I had, and I'm using WAMP right now. The PHP version was just shy of the one needed to fix the glitch with that. Other than that, just follow the documentation to a T. I guess that's all the advice I can give.

   Hi, thanks for your reply -we tried the blank line but no fix - we are on macs - so maybe thats why! BUT THANK YOU for trying. We smashed it deleted their entire support forum so we have no way of viewing of your post or any of our past posts. thanks!

   Yeah I've had to work out a ton of things on my own. I'm going to give them a few more chances before I say anything negative, I have a feeling it's one guy being flooded.
   My new issue is the sidebar manager simply won't show up in the certain pages I want it to. It's kind of a necessary feature too for me. If you have came across and fixed that I'd love to know!
   Maybe your issues have more to do with the way your local server is set up? It sounds that way to me.

   We're giving it a bash live online, without MAMP on our website page and we just made more progress than ever before - THANK YOU - we have to wait and see if the paypal page actually makes it through a payment which was our final thing when we got it all the way in twenty eleven and then switched on the theme. Hopefully, we can also get our social networking up -which was also a problem after installing the theme...

   I think you are right - it probably is one guy being flooded but he could have put up a note explaining the deal - which is just a basic customer service - and with over ten grand sold to customers on Mojo Themes - that would be the polite thing to do... always leave a note!

   If we figure out the side bar issue we will get back to you on here - or least give you a screen shot of how ours works, if it works... on all pages - it is vital, totally agree.

    The theme won't customise online - can't upload logo, or get the front end looking like anything decent - same issues really, in different parts - it just struggles... big time. We are going to use another theme - until we can get some support or there is an update - we have been trying to get up and online for 3 weeks... we are so overdue.

    Anyone have any advice on why my transactions wont complete using this theme and woocommerce? http://www.justdanglehockey.com ...It gets to the pay part and then gives me an error message! Stumped.

    @cavydesign: you need to ask the commercial vendor. We can't help you.
