Pulling page data into separate mobile site, need to redirect specific links

    I’m building a new site here, with a regular and mobile version. The mobile version pulls info from the WordPress pages from the data base. My issue is that there are links hardcoded that go to the regular site. So on the mobile phone, I’d ideally want the link on the page to change or be rewritten. At the very least, I’d want to redirect them to the mobile version of the link.

    Let me note, that it’s only one link in particular that I need to target, the URL is static and known but there may be more links in the future.

    Does anyone have any thoughts?
