Pulled live site to localhost (XAMP) to make updates but only shows homepage

    A client has a site that someone else created in WP and wants me to now make design changes. I pulled the site through FTP (and database through phpmyadmin) to my computer to make the updates and test.
    I updated the config file and imported the database changing all URL paths to my localhost.

    When I bring up the test site on XAMP the home page only “half” loads and all the menu links take me to the XAMP startup page. The WP admin pages all seem to work fine.

    Any thoughts?
