Pull Featured Image from most recent post in a Category (2 posts)

    So I have a div

    `<div id="DIVID">
    </div>'

    and this is in the header of the website, will be 280x110 pixels.

    I will have a category "Special Deals"

    How do I pull the Featured Image from the most recent post, and display it in this div?
