Has anyone seen a plugin for the top of page pull down menu feature similar to what Mozilla uses here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
Of if you can direct me to the code for this and where to add it within WordPress.

Here's another example. This site is running on WP it appears.
It's the "More Central Links" at the top. Not even sure what you would call this? Pull down menu tab?
