Publishing files

    I uploaded a file – an HTML document – from my desktop to my host/server (tigertech.net) using Fetch (I have a Mac) but I can’t get it from there to my website (lwvnorthfieldmn.org).
    I am very much a newbie, but have spent hours studying your documentation, tigertech’s documentation, Fetch’s documentation…. I’ve searched & searched all the forum topics, but I need some very basic help!
