Yes, as the title says
I am using WP Single User 2.9.2
Whenever I make a post, for example today on 7th June
The date that it is published shows on the 27th June.
I've checked with my host and he says that his servers shows the correct date.

Take a look in wp-admin/settings/general and see what the time/date settings are and if they also show as 20 days ahead?

yes, it also shows 20 days later.
