Publishing Bar Missing

    The full content of wp-admin and wp-includes and the wp files in the root BUT NOT wp-config.php
    That sad, I recently saw a topic where a newly added plugin destroyed the Dashboard. Can’t find it now.
    Was this behaviour right from the start or did it come up later, and so, what did you change or add recently?

    It happened when I upgraded to 2.9.

    I never had any active plugins aside from Akismet, it’s the only plugin I’ve ever used. haha

    Is there some sort of repair or patch that would fix it instead of replacing everything?

    I re-uploaded the wp-admin and it appears to be fixed. Not too sure what exactly caused it though.
