Published webpage gone.! How to retrieve -Help :(

Hi,
I’ve just completed a website using WP and had it published few weeks ago .
Today after clicking the WP Go daddy Quick Setup plugin ,my previous website content pages that I’ve published went missing! This has been replaced by a new template instead .
Is there anyway I can retrieve or restore this back to my pages that I’ve created ? I’m not sure if I did a back up for this. How can i find this in WP admin dashboard?
Any help? Thanks in advance
