   Hiya.
   I have two different websites which need to share the same posts, but not the same pages, theme, plugins, etc.
   Is it possible to create a post in one backend and post it automagically to both sites?
   Basically, i need both sites retrieving the same posts.

   Any ideas?

   yes - with this plugin - pull the posts from one to the other

   Same answer. This is a regular RSS feed plugin, to pull external feeds into WordPress. Is there really no more direct inside track?

   it uses the theme stylesheet so it doesn't look like an rss feed, but whatever...

   You can try this: http://www.virtuosoft.net/domaintheme. You can have same posts and different themes but probably not different plugins.
