[resolved] Publish page but not on navbar (3 posts)

    Hi,

    I'm new to this so I apologise if I'm in the wrong place, or if this is a question that's been asked and answered many times over.

    How do I publish a page so that any visitor to the site can access it but without it appearing as an entry on the navbar at the top? If I make its status 'private' then no one can access it unless logged in, but I want people to access it via a link in my footer widget without it taking up space on the navbar.

    I'm using the Twenty Twelve theme, if that's relevant.

    If you use a Custom Menu, you can directly control what shows on the menu. Here is a tutorial on the menus:
