Publish according to SUBSCRIBERS time zone

    I am curious to find if there is a way to publish my posts according to my subscribers time zone and not just according to my own.

    I am publishing a daily podcast every morning. I live in UTC-6 (which is “later” than most of the world). It is a morning podcast. I’d like for each time zone to access the new podcast beginning at 5am “their” local time.

    Does anyone know of a plugin, service or hack to make this happen?
