Publicize to Social Networks Feature Not Working Properly

Hi,

I recently migrated my website to a new domain name. When I go to the “Publicize” feature of Jetpack and enter in my social network information, it says the connection was made but I get kicked to my old domain name. No connection is made at my new domain name. Is there a way I can fix this problem?

Would love some help on this.
