Publicize – multi-author blog

Hi,
when using the Jetpack Publicize module, I’m the site admin so I can set up social accounts, but my other users, including Editors and Admins, are asked to connect to wordpress.com to set up Publicize. Is there a way to allow them to skip that process and use my connection? I know it’s going to put the majority of users off.
