Public (unregistered user) widget form out of the body

Firstly I’d like to thanks eventualo for his nice plugin and also beg your pardon for the dummy question to follow.

I am using a bootstrap theme and as you can see here:

the widget text-input form in the sidebar is out of the body whatever the browser or the os.

I’d like to separate “name/e-mail” with their related input text boxes so they are on two different line allowing to display the whole input text box.

Unfortunately, I don’t know how and where to do it because of my poor knowledge base.

I would greatly appreciate if someone kind enough could help me with this widget customization.
