I write Web sites and also help small companies develop a Web presence through WordPress. I'm looking for a reliable company to do PSD to WordPress theme conversion/development.
I know many such companies advertise online, but I'd like to solicit experiences from others and possibly find a handful of companies with excellent reputations. As these jobs would mostly be for startups and one-person shops, the prices need to be reasonable. Code must be clean, SEO-friendly, and valid for major Web standards.
Suggestions are appreciated. Companies/designers in SW Ohio would be a plus.

Sorry, Esmi. Wasn't really trying to post a job. Just looking for other people's experiences with some companies. Where would something like that go if not here?
I'm not sure where you would get an objective, unbiased, list of recommendations to be honest. But given that most of the forum's users are:
- running their own blogs (and looking for assistance) because they cannot afford or do not wish to pay for professional services
- coders who very much want to DIY
- or are professional developers looking for someone to brainstorm with
I'm not sure you'd get that here either.

If you write websites, i think you will possibly gain more from learning how to create your own wordpress themes.
