   Hi guys,

   I use the audio player plugin on my site (last stable version, running on WP 2.7.1), and would like to know whether it's possible to protect the folder and still allow the audio player to retrieve files from it?

   I tried using my server-side control panel to password-protect the folder, which worked to prevent direct access. However, when someone clicked "Play" on the actual page, it then asks for the password just as if you were accessing it directly via the URL.

   Any advice would be much appreciated.
