Proportionate Watermark Image/Ratio Watermark

Following on from this thread, I would also like to see a feature (at least in the Pro Version) that would allow the ability to set to have a proportionally scaled watermark per different image size.

To avoid having troubles with the smaller thumbnail images, you could either set the size of the watermark per image size, or exclude smaller images from being processed by the proportionate watermark or being excluded from watermarking altogether.

I would love to see this feature implemented in future releases as I believe it would be a fine addition to your plugin.
