   Hello there,
   I am a newbie here and may be posting this at a wrong place. I am looking for a WordPress template for a property website where private buyers and sellers can advertise for a sale or rent.
   Can anyone recommend a template or help?

   There are too many to list. :-(

   You can search the theme directory using "classified" or "real estate" as the search term or try searching Google using "WordPress classified theme" or "WordPress real estate theme."

   I don't know anything about free themes for this purpose, but I've seen some people who are happy w/ the premium offering from WP-Property (Denalii). You can check out their plugin here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-property/

   Here's a site that seems to have a pretty comprehensive listing of some of the premium themes, and links to the original premium theme sites: http://www.wp-agent.com/
