Proper Spacing in Captions

On the last image I couldn’t get them to fit as three separate units, one for each layout, so I grouped them together in a single picture and planned to put spaces between the titles (single bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom) to center them under their respective unit. However, it doesn’t seem to be reading the spaces and has lumped the titles all together in the middle. Is there any way I can fix this?
