    hello
i have a problem with ulpaoding and installing plugins , themes , photos ,exporting ..... . although i have reinstalled wordpress from scratch
i get alwayes an error of
'Download failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable.'
i think the reason is the safe mode from the the provider !!!
when i changed the permission of content.php to 0755 ,
it works , i was able to uplaod a theme directely from the dashboard , but i could not import a .xml file which is just 444 Ko (smaller than the theme). when i changed the permissions back to 755 , the problem appeared again , nothing could be uploaded (the same error )

i am really confused and tired, i have the buckup file , and i see no way to restore it back . my website now is empty .
    do you have ideas ?

It seems to be a case of site defacement. Scanning tools either cannot scan your site or they report ZERO content. Please contact your web hosting company.
If there is an infection or loopholes left by hackers, there is no fun in restoring the site now without making the site secure.

Does it mean that your site is unaffected or they have provided all possible security measures?

Can you login to your cPanel/ File Manager or access your site through FTP and see if your uploads, themes, plugins, WP, etc. are as usual there?

yes , all files are there , but the first problem that i have encountered
is that the screen always shows a blank page although i have not done anything before ( at least 1 week).
then i looked for solutions , nothing worked , so i tried to install wordpress in another directory then use the import tool to get my website buck, unfortunately , it could not be uploaded . this the whole story.

That means nothing is in your site. Is it not? If so what do you expect the site to do?
