Project Gallery

Has anyone ever seen or done a website with this type post gallery?

The images are linked to previously posted blog posts. I love the navigation at the top, the size of the images and the uniformity of the whole thing. Any ideas on if this is a plugin or CSS coding?

Obviously I’d like it to populate automatically as new posts (with that tagged category perhaps) is posted.

Any help would be appreciated!!
