   Um. Write a fork of the Easy FTP Upload plugin and use the CSS3 progress bar tutorial that this plugin came from on CSS-Tricks?

   This is a standalone plugin to display a custom progress bar via a shortcode. If you want it to integrate into another plugin, you'd need to code it yourself or ask that plugin's developer to implement these progress bars.
