Products loaded as FREE when no price data is included in import

    PLEASE HELP. Product price are showing up as FREE when no price data is included in my import! This problem has arisen since the last update.

    When I upload a product listing (external/affiliate product) without regular_price and price, the products are loaded with “0” against product price. This then result in the product showing up as FREE on my website and I have to manually rectify by deleting 0 from the price section.

    There are 2 occassions when price shows up as FREE on my website:
    1. When I add a new external/affiliate product without price attached
    2. When I want to update an existing product by revising description/title/attributes etc. but not price (since there are no changes to price). Note – When I load the revision, I only load the columns that needs updating and removing the rest.

    I think it will be solved after last Woocommerce update (2.1.12).

    It appears to have solved itself. Not sure why as I haven’t updated woocommerce or the plugin.

    Im having the same problem im running the latest woocommerce and csv importer but its still replacing the price with 0 when i don’t include a price in the import.

    Just for the record.

    I had this problem and solved it myself. I was exporting from a price list that had the currency simbol “$” and once I erased it from the CSV file I tried importing again and after so the price was merged and updated with no problem.
