Products "Additional Description" freezes WordPress

    When I try to change the “Additional Description” on my products tab, it does not allow me to change it and the screen has a dark overlay to it and it looks like it is “thinking” but never stops. The web host has the same issue on their side when they try to do it. They said it was possibly a bug in WP.

    Any way to fix this? Or to work around it manually to fix the content for my site?

    Products are not a default functionality of WordPress out of the box. It appears you are using WooCommerce or a similar e-commerce plugin on your site.

    You’ll need to open up a support ticket with their team.
