product variables in drop down menu greyed out

Hello All,
With my product variables. When you choose a “city” variable then a “time” variable, you see all 25 options of times worldwide ‘greyed out’ and you can only choose 2 times which are ‘black’ text.
I’d like to have the other ‘greyed out’ times disappear altogether so you can only see the variable you are able to choose from.
