Product Pagination Does Not Update

This plugin works GREAT! There’s only one small hiccup I’m running into right now. Product pagination doesn’t update with the AJAX update! So my overall store pagination stays below the shop content and it makes the shopping experience confusing to the end user…

Does this plugin support pagination or should I remove it from my shop page entirely (and how do I do that?)
