Product Page Quantites Not Carrying Over to Cart

I’m testing a new Woo Commerce implementation. When I enter a quantity of more than one on a product page, for example three, it does not carry over to the cart properly. In the cart it is always one. Of course you can adjust it upward when in the cart but if I set a quantity of say three on the product page and then select add to cart, I would like for the quantity to be three when I go to the cart. Does anyone have any idea why this is not happening. Thanks in advance for any assistance that can be provided.
