I have a question and can't seem to find the answer on woo's website, and I do not have access to post on their support page, so I hope it's ok for me to post here.

I have this product set up:
    http://imagesforyourwalls.com/wptest/?product=test-lake-image

I need to offer the option for both canvas and photo prints. When I add the option for photo prints, it is requiring the person to select both options, which is not what I'm looking for. I watched their video 3 times, but they do not offer any help for what I'm needing.

    What I want (using rapidweaver):
    http://imagesforyourwalls.com/store/beach/index.html

    Canvas prints working:
    http://imagesforyourwalls.com/wptest/?product=test-lake-image

    When I add photo prints:
    http://imagesforyourwalls.com/wptest/?product=beach-grass-sunset-7104

I'm sure it's something easy, but I can't seem to find the solution.

    Goal:
I want the buyer to have the option of canvas or prints, but as it stands, the buyer has to choose both.

What I'm looking for is OPTIONS with variables. I understand how to make variables, but I need to offer:

    Variable 1:
    Canvas prints
    - 10 x 12
    - 12 x 18

    Variable 2:
    Photo prints:
    - 10 x 12
    - 12 x 18

When I put both options (sets of variables) in one product, it requires the buyer to choose both options.

Ok, I think I have a work around:
    http://imagesforyourwalls.com/wptest/?product=purple-tulips-3187

I added a variable for both sets with $0 for the default values. HOWEVER, how do I get FREE out of there and merely have $0 or can I set that price?

Are you sure it was your live site deleted? He would have to had gained access to your server and deleted it there, rather than anywhere locally on your computer.

Making regular backups of your site/database would be a good idea?
