  • Hi, Where are you exactly attaching the image? Under each product in “Additional product detail” you will need to choose a file from your computer for “Product Image” there is no option to use link there.
Please confirm if you have done so.
    Thanks

Hmmm send me your admin access and let me have a look. Most of the time it is something very simple.

    Thanks

I’ve been having the same problem. The product text is aligned like there should be an image there, but it’s blank. In the settings, it shows the green text that an image file is uploaded. Help please? We’ve got a new book to launch next week and if I can get this plugin to work I’d be a very happy customer. Thanks.

Previous customer had a wrong path and the path had space or back slash in it. Please verify that your path is a valid path.

    Thanks

What’s weird is it shows up on the sales page we generated in Premise, but not on any of the regular interior pages. Here’s the sales page: http://bondsofbloodandspirit.com/new-release-uncivil-wars/

Where do I find the file path to check it? I thought it was under Media settings, but I don’t see it there anymore. Or is there another file path setting I should be checking for the cart itself?

Copy the html from the correct page to the other one..

    See if that works

    Thanks

Figured it out. Asked the folks at Studio Press (the developers of Genesis and Premise) to take a look and they said the images on the main site were using https instead of http for a file path. I changed a setting in the Premise plugin and miracle of miracles, the images are showing.

I’m really glad, I like your plugin a lot. It’s very easy to use, looks nice and clean, and works well for our customers.

Thanks and have a great holiday.
