Product hover?

I have seen some fantastic hover over image, on woocommerce, but i dont know how to get it?

I would like to have my product image (as if in a gallery) and when hovered over, for the image to get a new layer with all the info on i.e Item Name, Price, maybe short description, but definitely a “more info” or “view product” button.

Does anyone know how to achieve this? At the moment the page looks messy with different coloured buttons, and uneven linage… not suiting my products or style.
