Product – Grouping for this application?

I am building an online deli menu. One product has variations of a different kind, and I am not sure if I use Groups for this or something else. I tried Groups, but its not working like I thought.

My product is “1/2 Dozen Hot Dogs”
My attributes are all the same, but I have to have one set of attributes for each of the 6 dogs. This way a view can order 1/2 dozen hot dogs, each with different toppings.
