• I’m using WooCommerce. When adding a product and setting it up for shipping, it asks for the dimensions to be shipped. In our case, the product breaks down, and the box is 32″x18″x6″. But the dimensions of the actual product set up is 30″x16″x16″.

Unfortunately, when a customer is viewing the product and they click on Addition Information, it gives the product dimensions as 32″x18″x6″.

What do I do? I’ve added that as a part of the description, but if they don’t read it, it comes out to them as strange.

  • You can edit your WooCommerce settings (Settings, Catalog) so that you do have dimensions entered for shipping calculations, but also choose not to show these on the “additional information” tab.
