    Hi everyone.
    I am looking to make a “product database”, mainly of cellphones to present in my blog. This database would have a table of features (size, weight, camera yes/no, if yes how many megapixels, frequencies, etc.) Thing is, I would like to be able to search for different phones by searching for say “5 megapixels”, etc. I have thought of doing this through tags, but it seems to be quite difficult to present the info in a nice fashion.

    Given that I need to add around 200 different phone models to this database, the best solution would be to have the possibility to import the data directly from Excel or so…

    Ultimately, I would like to be able to choose model by just clicking the features I want in a cellphone, and a list of phones that match my request.

    Is anyone aware of any plugin that can add this functionality? or any way to solve this?

    Any help in this matter would be extremely appreciated!

    I’m looking to do something similar as well.

    I’d like to have a database of products similar to an e-commerce plugin – just without the e-commerce cart and checkout.

    I’d like to include an off-site link for the item to be purchased elsewhere.

    So someone finds it just like they’re shopping but when they click they go to that Manufacturer’s website.

    I cant find anything out there that does this!!
