Product Catalog

Hi I am looking for a product catalog plugin, that could be used to distribute stock to resellers. It dose not need any pricing, invoicing (maybe.. but only as confirmation of the order), payment gateway. It is simply a order form for resellers to order stock though.

I have just started using wordpress its very cool but have yet to find a plug in that is anything like described above and would appreciate any help in finding a solution.
