I suppose there are some problems with wp-property, because if I set a theme for the homepage then also wp-property pages lije this http://www.hotelintransilvania.com/?property=hotel-vacanta will use it and there is no way to take it out.

I haven't seen this problem before, but I will investigate and respond back here as soon as I know more.

    Thank you for reporting this!

Sorry for the delay; life gets in the way of plugins....

Now that I have had a chance to look at what you are doing, I already know the problem. And am not sure what to do about it because of "Design Assumptions" I made at the outset for this plugin. Please let me explain.

The jonradio Multiple Themes plugin is very dependent on the WordPress Permalink "structure":

    1. With Permalinks off, WordPress pages, posts and other entities are the home page URL plus query parameters ("/?") of page_id= p= and page=
    2. With Permalinks on, WordPress pages, posts and other entities are the home page URL and something that looks like one or more levels of subdirectories

Turning that around, and this is what creates your problem, unless there is a valid p= page_id= or page= entry in the URL, anything with no subfolders present is assumed to be the Home Page.

All the internal WordPress functions I use tell me that (that I'm on the Home Page), too, so I can't think of an easy answer.
