   I have foreign characters listed in my comment blacklist, and it effectively marks comments that contain these characters. The problem is that some foreign characters are bypassed, and are being allowed.

   Sample characters:
   µ
   ß
   ä
   ü
   ö

   Does anyone know why these characters are not caught by WordPress?
