Problems with search results

    I’m having problems with the WordPress SEO plugin. On some of my articles on search results, in the title and meta description, appears “electronic cigarettes” or “Green Smoke” next to my real tittle and a totally different description.

    I don’t know what is happening and how to solve it, please help.
