When activating plugins (not all, but most) and themes I get an errormessage on top of the controlpanel. Not all are as long as this, but they also appear on my page when the plugin is activated. I have deleted wordpress and uploaded it again, but to no use. The errors still appears.

I run four domains. Two are my personal, the others I administrate for others.
My personal domains are: toramundsen.com and toramundsen.priv.no
I administrate: viseklubbenborre.com and raufossfotball.no.
I have tried to activate plugins on all four sites and the result is the same every time. I get errors on my own domains, but not on the two others.
Some plugins work on my domains, but most of those I have tried do no. This also goes for quite a few themes.
I have installed the Norwegian version of WP. 3.2.1 on all four.
